At Sovereign Gear, your satisfaction is important to us. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Stickers (due to hygiene/handling concerns)
- Customized items (e.g., personalized tumblers or made-to-order apparel)
- Final sale or clearance items
If you're unsure about your item, please contact us before returning.
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll receive an email confirmation of the refund status.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
📦 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
