At Sovereign Gear, your satisfaction is important to us. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Stickers (due to hygiene/handling concerns)
Customized items (e.g., personalized tumblers or made-to-order apparel)
Final sale or clearance items

If you're unsure about your item, please contact us before returning.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

You’ll receive an email confirmation of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
